Shipment Terms

We are shipping worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Items marked as "In Stock" are generally shipped within 1 day since the payment is received.

Items marked "Made to order" are manufactured and shipped within 1 week since the payment is received. This time is required for our jewelers to cast, polish and set stones.

Packages are shipped with the shipment provider chose by the customer during the checkout. If you prefer delivery by another company, please contact us and we provide you other options. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees are specified at the checkout for each delivery option based on the shipment address.

Shipping is free with the following conditions:

  • - to UAE for orders above $200 (AED 734),
  • - to GCC and Europe for orders above $1000,
  • - to the rest of the world for orders above $2000.

All our jewelry comes with a nice lacquered wooden jewelry box.

We do not ship to Russia, Ukraine or sanctioned countries. For orders to Russia please check our partner's website https://brightspark.ru.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns for exchange or refund are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customized jewelry pieces, including custom designs or rings resized according to customer request, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to Order History, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit your return request with a comment. We will review and confirm your return within two business days and provide the return shipping address.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Loose stones are not eligible for return or exchange, as their condition and authenticity cannot be reliably verified once delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
